“Not informative at all. The commentary stopped and started and there was no indication of where buildings were to identify them. A live guide (I.e.a person) would be much preferable. This was an expensive bus ride round town.”

We are very grateful that she was able to start the tour an hour earlier due to my change of flight. “I booked the tickets on September 19th for 2 adults to sightsee on September 26. It was confirmed and charged. There was no tour as tours ended September 21st. It should not been available in the calendar and they should have never confirmed and accepted payment.”

“Very nice, informative tour with excellent viewing from inside and outside the boat. The tour was very extensive, traveling through a large section of the archipelago and an exciting canal. If you get cold, you can go in and enjoy a coffee while the tour continues. What a great way to start our stay in Helsinki! I wish that the volume had been a little higher on the speakers--it was challenging to hear the "guide" at times. The two couples sitting near us were speaking amongst themselves very loudly (not listening to the guide) and it was hard to hear over them.”

“Our guide provided us with a terrific overview of what life is like in not only Helsinki, but Finland in general. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn't have seen all of this (3 hour layover tour) on our own. If you have a little time, this is an easy option, very affordable, and worth the time to get out and explore with little stress.
